Imposter syndrome impacts many of us at every level of the industry. However, this poses another challenge when you are an intersectional minority within the tech industry. What if you excel at your job, doubt yourself, and experience microaggressions at work?
This talk will discuss some of the red flags that may indicate if you work for, or are creating, a company more likely to warp your sense of your own assets and victories. In addition, I will propose how to leverage a more affirmative internal dialogue with external resources to build your resilience and grow your happiness.
